Insomnia is a symptom of difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep despite the opportunity (ya ya ya i know)
Insomnia is 1.4 times more common in women than in men (i hope she'll not sleep late any more... i worried of her health)
It can be caused by another disorder, by changes in the sleep environment, by the timing of sleep, severe depression, or by stress (and love ofcourse T.T i really did, tottaly awaken all nite)
Those who reported sleeping about 7 hours per night had the lowest rates of mortality, whereas those who slept for fewer than 6 hours or more than 8 hours had higher mortality rates. Getting 8.5 or more hours of sleep per night increased the mortality rate by 15%
Sleeping less than 3.5 hours in women and 4.5 hours in men - also led to a 15% increase in mortality (lalalalala I DON’T UNDERSTAND)
Effects of Insomnia are different In older and Younger People
For teenagers insomnia can ‘SHRINK’ your brain!!! (haaa… what the?? excuse me I’m gonna sleep)
